During the summer, we have continued our investment and automation journey by installing another new roll forming machine, the 27th in line. This further increases our capacity and solidifies our position as one of Europe’s most modern roll forming facilities.
Quick installation, Full automation
The new roll forming line is the third from the same supplier and is now lined up in our production hall, alongside our trimming machine where we conduct test runs of the profiles before they go “sharp” in their respective production lines.

Investing in Ergonomics
”One important goal in our investment plan is to enhance safety and ergonomics in production as well. Increased automation eliminates many of the heavy tasks involved in the processes. We have also acquired an electric conveyor, which eliminates the need to manually pull the approximately 800 kg heavy cart loaded with finished profiles that come out and are packed in the production line.”
