When Agim Osmani joined Bendiro in 2015, he had no technical training and no real plans for a future in roll forming. Today, he works as a Production Technician specialising in machine setup, with responsibility for several machines and an important role in daily production. His journey has above all been driven by a willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

Nine years ago, Tawa Suebsinsap started his journey with us at Bendiro as a machine operator. Today, he is a team leader and project manager for one of our major customer projects.
