Roll forming looks simple, but is an advanced production technique where profiles are produced through step by step folding. The input material for roll forming passes a series of shaft pairs with consecutive form changing tools.

As the roll forming takes place by cold rolling, it requires minimal energy and is gentle on the material, which also means minimal tool wear. Roll forming also has few discards, material that is discarded is recycled and turned into new material.
Roll forming provides an attractive total cost thanks to integrated operations and the use of materials without subsequent surface treatment.
Flat strip in – finished product out. It doesn’t have to be harder than that to pass the finish line quickly, smoothly and without time and logistics inhibiting detours. Roll forming gives you endless possibilities to get a finished profile without having to detour around pipes and post-production. In one process, the profile can be formed, punched, laser-welded and partly assembled. You only need to choose the steel grade that best suits your product. We take care of the rest.
